This is MJ's Reel. Hope you like amazing acting.
Season 5, Ep. 11: Hackerville. MJ played Skip Bickle: the worlds richest man who data mined bit coins or something like that. Basically the make-up people were told to make him look as gross as possible - and somehow all that handsome still came through. Interesting to note - this was the last season of Z Nation, which feels about right.
This is MJ playing the role of a great husband and father who decides to spend the day golfing in hopes that his wife won't burn the house down (this was shot in 2017). To his enormous goddamn surprise she not only didn't kill everyone by accident, but also managed to bake a cake and get pregnant. In reality I don't enjoy golf.
Once again we see MJ full embodying the role of Mack Silver - a character so important that he appears in just this scene and is never addressed by name. But the script said MACK SILVER before every line, and those were the lines he spoke. Spoken like a trauma ridden long haired hippy type - which is... I don't know... is HELLA-ULTRA-BRILLIANT a phrase? Because it fits perfectly.
MJ wrote, directed and stared as newscaster Barry Reinhardt in the Seattle digital news parody series: News Team 9. If you lived in Seattle before the pandemic you might think this is PRETTY FUNNY STUFF. Also, you might not think that - even if your names was Ivar Mackelmore Seattleman. (This is a made up name for comedic effect. If you happen to be or know any Ivar Seattleman, I think you might actually like it)
Dean is a pretty sad guy. And he's got a gun. Yikes!
MJ just signed with PARK ARTIST'S GROUP!
